Timothy Bell, 39

Timothy Bell, 39, of Rutherfordton, died Saturday, June 27, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Justin Bell; and his maternal grandfather, Robert Taylor. Timothy worked at Carpenter Designs. 

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Wall and her husband Ian of Spindale; a sister, Stephanie Griffin of Dallas; a brother, Ryan Brittain of Mt. Holly; maternal grandmother, Judy Taylor of Gastonia; and a maternal great grandmother, Mary Berryhill of Spindale; several nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend Des Lowery.

A service will be held at a later date.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, make donations to a suicide prevention program in Timothy's memory.
