Susan Elizabeth Tisdale, 64

Susan Elizabeth Tisdale, 64, of Bostic, died Sunday, October 30, 2022.

She was the daughter of the late George and Vonnell Tisdale. Susan retired from Rutherford County Schools after a 25 year career at RS Central, teaching marketing and entrepreneurship, and serving as the DECCA sponsor.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Tyler Greene and Kelly McCoy, of Concord, and Matt Greene and his wife Kristen, of Bostic; her fiance, Lonnie Martin; her sister, Debbie Bowman of Hickory; her grandchildren, Kenton Greene, Jaxson Greene, Avery Greene, and Maddox Greene.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 5:00 pm Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Bethel Baptist Church. The Rev. Stephen Cooper and Rev. Michael Sepaugh will officiate.

A Visitation will be held from 5 pm until 7 pm Wednesday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
