Renee Chapman

Mrs. Renee Ellis Chapman, 61, of Forest City, died Tuesday, August 11, 2015.
She was the daughter of the late Bill and Hazel Hubbard Ellis. Renee was a nurse in the Operating Room at Cleveland Regional Medical Center for 38 years.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Chapman; a stepson, Tracy Chapman of Hickory; a brother, Chris Ellis of Boiling Springs, NC; two granddaughters, Mia Chapman of Forest City and Victoria Chapman of Bostic; an aunt, Shirley Padgett and her husband Faye, of Lattimore.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home. The Rev. Joshua Russell will officiate. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Terry Melton, Elliott Byers, Johnny Maloney, Tracy Chapman, Lester Maloney, and Jimmy Chapman.
The Visitation will be from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
