Ralph Donald Toney, 78
Mr. Ralph Donald Toney, 78, of Calton Road, Sunshine, died Monday, March 27, 2017 at Hospice House, Forest City.
He was the widower of Charlotte Cherry Toney, and son of the late Greely and Alice Campbell Toney. Ralph retired from Elmore Pisgah Incorporated, and was a charter member of Ross Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Sheila Weatherford and husband Jimmy, and Lori Nacole Henson, all of Bostic, and Hailey Storm Tipton and special friend Jake, of Walnut Cove, NC; a son, Joshua Edward Self and wife Brittany, of Myrtle Beach, SC; there are 8 grandchildren, James Hunter Weatherford, Harrison Weatherford, Holden Weatherford, Zackery Henson, Caden Henson, Cole Henson, Grayson Henson, and Mason Self; other special family members, Tammy Self, Donnie Self, Linda Self, Ronnie Self, Mike Thompson, Sherry Thompson, Greg Sutton and Angie Sutton.
The Funeral will be conducted at 3:00 pm Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Ross Hill Baptist Church. The Rev. Earl Godfrey will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The Visitation will be from 1 pm until 3 pm Thursday in the church prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sheila Weatherford, 481 Brooks Road, Bostic, NC 28018.
