Paul Gene Deviney

Mr. Paul Gene Deviney, 80, of Ellenboro, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014.
He was the son of the late John and Falder Deviney, and was also preceded in death by three brothers, Clyde Deviney, Floyd Deviney, and James Deviney, and a sister, Mary Sue Honeycutt. Paul was retired from the Ford Distribution Center in Charlotte, and served 3 years in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his sister, Alma McGinnis and her husband Henry, of Ellenboro; and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, July 18, 2014 at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. Rev. Paul White, Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, and a time of visitation will follow the graveside service in the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 801 Mt. Lebanon Church Road, Bostic, NC 28018.
