Marie Lowery, 69
Mrs. Marie Lowery, 69, of Bostic, died Thursday, August 13, 2020.
She was the daughter of the late Ben and Gertrude Weathers, and was also preceded in death by her brother, Alfred Weathers; 2 sisters, Jean Gosnell and Wanda Sherrill; her paternal grandparents, George and Minnie Weathers; and her maternal grandparents, Grady and Carrie Woods. Marie was a member of Golden Valley Missionary Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Lowery; her daughter, Lisa Bumgarner and her husband Michael, of Bostic; her granddaughter, Nicole McDaniel and her husband Steven, of Bostic; her great granddaughter, Harper McDaniel; and her sister, Judy Saldo of Grover.
The Funeral will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday, August 17, 2020 at Golden Valley Missionary Methodist Church. The Rev. Lamar Hewitt, Rev. David Saldo, and Rev. Dennis Hurdt will officiate. Pallbearers are Roman Dorsey, Austin Dorsey, Terry Saldo, Stephen Dorsey, Shawn Lowery, and Trenton Dorsey. Burial will be at a later date.
The Visitation will be from 3 pm until 6 pm Sunday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
