Mrs. Louise Hunt Watkins, 89, of Golden Valley, died Friday, November 22, 2013 at Fair Haven Home.
She was the widow of Rev. John B. Watkins, Jr, and was also preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Vernie Propes Hunt. Louise was a member of Fork Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sisters, Barbara Jean Bumgarner of Golden Valley, and Mildred Harris of Forest City; and a brother, J.T. Hunt of Golden Valley.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Golden Valley Missionary Methodist Church. Rev. Billy Cogdell and Rev. Tommy Cook will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery off of Hunt Road, Golden Valley.
The Visitation will be from 6 pm until 8 pm Monday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service.
