Mr. Phillip Keith "Big Mac" McFarland, 56, of Ellenboro, died Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Hospice House, Forest City.
He was the son of Beatrice Hennessee McFarland of Ellenboro and the late Guy McFarland. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon, and worked for over 30 years at Westrock, formerly known as AGI.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Wilson McFarland; a daughter, Jamie McGinnis and her husband Ethan; a son, Mark McFarland and his girlfriend Megan Dobbins, all of Ellenboro; his brother, Gary McFarland and his wife Pam, of Greensboro; his uncle and aunt, J.B. & Sylvia McFarland of Ellenboro.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, November 7, 2016 at Bethel Baptist Church. The Rev. Michael Sepaugh and Rev. Leroy Kelly will officiate.
The Visitation will be from 4 pm until 7 pm Sunday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service.
