Jimmy Harris, 70

Jimmy Lee Harris, 70, of Forest City, died Wednesday, May 14, 2025 while surrounded by his family.

He was the son of the late Ben and Vera Harris, and was also preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Harris. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his sisters, Diana Causby and her husband David of Bostic, Kathy Harris of Forest City, and Debra Stalvey and her husband Ed of Shelby; he was loved by 2 nephews, 2 nieces, and several great nieces and nephews. 

At his request, services are private for the family. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace of God Rescue Mission, PO Box 212, Forest City, NC 28043.
