Foye White Bowen

Mrs. Foye White Bowen, 92, of Free Will Baptist Church Road, Bostic, died Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Hospice House, Forest City.
She was the widow of Hoyle Bowen and was the daughter of the late Edgar and Hulda White.  She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Woodmen of the World, and District 00 of the National Barrel Horse Association.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathey Bowen of the home; and a sister Evelyn Galloway of Ellenboro.
The Funeral will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Salem United Methodist Church. Rev. Jamie Hamrick and Rev. Jeff Hamrick will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The Visitation will be from 10:15 AM until 11:15 AM Tuesday at the church prior to the service. At other times the family will gather at the residence of Geraldine Dobbins at 335 Walls Church Road, Bostic.
