Dorothy Green

Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Green, 71, of Bostic, died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Lester Green and Rosetta Moore Smith, and was also preceded in death by a  2 sons, John Allan Green and Michael Green; a daughter, Doris Marie Holcombe.
She is survived by her husband, Lester Green; five daughters, Kim Tasker and Sherry Dickerson, both of Bostic, Christine Rhinehart of Gastonia, and Rita Dixon and Lisa Locust, both of Lincolnton; five sons, Bud Green, William Green, Scott Green, and Ricky Green, all of Lincolnton, and Billy McElduff of Bostic; there are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Cooper Springs Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. Rev. Danny Camp and Rev. Paul White, Jr., will officiate. Pallbearers will be Billy McElduff, Heath Bridges, Fay Murray, Jerry Leonard, Nathan Layton, and Lloyd Bunnell.
