Mr. Donald W. Lindsey, 64, of Ellenboro, died Monday, April 30, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his mother in law, Patricia Porter. He was a computer programmer.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Lindsey; a daughter, Patricia Stephens and her husband Ken, of Parkersburg, WV; two sons, Donnie Lindsey of Waverly, WV, and Anthony Joyce and his wife Kelly, of Ellenboro; his mother, Katherine Cantrell Clinton, of Rock Hill, SC; two sisters, Linda Broome and Kathy Lindsey, both of Rock Hill, SC; a brother, Larry Lindsey and his wife Betsy, of Rock Hill, SC; there are four grandchildren, Logan Lindsey of Waverly, WV, Haden Joyce, Avery Russell, and Landon Joyce, all of Ellenboro; his father in law, Joe Porter and his wife Bobbie, of Anderson, SC; two sisters-in-law, Teresa Crowe and Tracie Williams of Anderson, SC; and a brother in law, Lonnie Broome of Rock Hill, SC.
The Funeral will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Elgin will officiate. The Rutherford County Honor Guard will provide Military Rites on the grounds of the funeral home following the Chapel service.
