Deborah Ann Newton Church, 63

Mrs. Deborah Ann  Newton Church, 63, of Ellenboro, died Tuesday, December 12, 2017.
She was the daughter of Violet Baynard of Forest City, and the late Earl Newton. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Newton. She had lived in Ellenboro since 1969, and was a private care sitter and a homemaker. Deborah was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert Clyde "Pete" Church, Jr; her 2 sons, Jeff Church and wife Christy, of Ellenboro, and Rev. Randy Church and wife April, of Henrietta; her 2 brothers, Steve Newton and wife Helen, of Flat Rock, and Dennis Newton of Ellenboro; there are 8 grandchildren, Breanne Roach and husband Andy, Corey Church and wife Kelsey, Chelsey Cole, Ceirra Mullinax, Cheyanne Church, Graceson Church, Colson Church, and Skylynn Church; and 5 great grandchildren, Bayla Kirby, Jaxon Roach, Avery Cole, Jacob Cole, and Gabriella Herrera; there are a number of nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Victory Baptist Church. The Rev. Johnny McCarty and Rev. Randy Church will officiate. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Corey Church, Andy Hudson, Blake Hudson, Shane Newton, Trent Causby, and Eric Waters.
The Visitation will be from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm Friday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
