Cheri Montique Spears Skidmore, 52, of Ellenboro, died Friday, September 17, 2021 at Ruby Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.
She was the daughter of the late Harold and Freda Spears. Cheri had worked lately as a Travel Nurse, but previously had worked many years at St. Luke's Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey Skidmore; her son, Sammy Romney, of the home; and her brother, John Spears of Ellenboro.
The Funeral will be conducted at 6:00 pm Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home. The Rev. Sam Burleson will officiate. Burial will be private in the Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
The Visitation will be from 4 pm until 5:45 pm Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
