Candy Brackett Honeycutt, 65
Mrs. Candy Brackett Honeycutt, 65, of Sunshine, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Hospice House, Forest City.
She was the daughter of the late A.B. and Katherine Luckadoo Brackett, and was also preceded in death by a son, Kevin Weast, and a brother, Don Brackett. Candy was a member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Honeycutt; her son, Brian Wayne Weast and wife Tracy, of Sunshine; her stepdaughter, Pamela Honeycutt-Mott of Atlanta, GA; her half brother, Davie Hinshaw of Charlotte; and 7 grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service. The Rev. Dean Baughn will officiate. Urn burial will be private for the family at Cedar Grove UMC Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043 or The American Cancer Society, PO Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-3000.
