Betty Keeter Robinson, 82

Betty Keeter Robinson, 82, of Shelby, died Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at her home.
She was born on May 6, 1939, a daughter of the late Milton Hawkins and Mae Bishop Hawkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Willie James Keeter, and her second husband, Thomas Robinson. She was a homemaker, and a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Betty loved doing word puzzles and enjoyed sitting and talking with her friends and spending time with her family.
She is survived by six children, Linda Stone, Cathy Spencer and her husband Robert, all of Harris, Jesse Keeter of Rutherfordton, Nancy Velazquez of Hendersonville, Rebecca Terry of Mooresboro, and Jonathan Keeter of Ellenboro. There are 17 grandchildren, Michael Stone and Matt Spencer, of Harris, Jessica Wease, Jamie Keeter and Mae Elmore of Shelby, Nickey Dobbins of Forest City, Brandon Nolan of Spindale, Samantha Lavender, Justin Lavender, Josh Lavender, Reagan Cochran and Madison Cochran, all of Hendersonville, Robert Spencer of Laurens, SC, Chynna Terry and Brianna Terry of Mooresboro, John Keeter II and Jack Ford of Ellenboro; there are 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 22, 2021 at  residence of Cathy Spencer, 143 Jack McKinney Road, Harris.
