Barbara Tate Barden, 45

Barbara Tate Barden, 45, of Ellenboro, died Thursday, August 31, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Gilford William Tate and Debra Ann Haley Tate. 

She is survived by her husband, Tim Barden; her son, Nathan Calton of Sunshine; her daughter, Cheyene Daugherty and her husband Christian, of Rutherfordton; a grandchild, Ellis Daugherty; her two brothers, Jesse Tate, Sr. of Rutherfordton and Billy Tate of Virginia.

A  family directed Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, September 4, 2023 at Hope Congregational Holiness Church, 1323 Sparks Street, Rutherfordton. The Rev. Terry Ware will officiate.
