Annette White, 65

Annette White, 65, of Forest City, died Thursday, June 4, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late Creed Willard Crotts and Ottilee Bell Lewis Crotts. Annette worked for many years United Southern, Watts Regulator, and later was the manager at Dollar General in Forest City.

She is survived by her daughters, Julia Luckadoo of Williamston, Kelly Alexander of Forest City, and Ashley Nichole White of Bostic;  her sons, Robert Benjamin Parker of Rutherfordton, and Brian Keith White of Siler City; there are 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, make memorials to Meals On Wheels, Rutherford Senior Center, Suite 132, 193 Callahan Koon Road, Spindale, NC 28160.

Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of cremation service.
