It is with great sadness that we send our condolences to Sister Thomas and family. We have been praying for the healing of brother Bruce since we first received word of his illness. But God is the author of life. We trust God even when we can't see, hear, or feel His presence. We will continue to pray for you and the family as we morn the loss of brother Bruce Herring. It is our prayer that we will meet him in the air when Jesus comes to take us all home to be with Him for eternity. 1Thessalonians 4:13-17

Dear Herring Family,

Even though Bruce is no longer with us physically; his memory will never leave us, hold on to the cheer in his smile and the joy in his laughter until our Lord and Savior returns to take all of His children home to the Kingdom He has prepared for us. Bruce was a Good Soldier for the Lord and he loved the Lord!

Your family will be in our prayers
Keep Looking Up and God Bless

To Doreen and my family. Bruce and I were very close. We were the only children of Johnnie and Ted Herring. We were so much alike we would finish each other's sentences. We enjoyed chatting about things we did when we were growing up. My nickname for him was "butter". I couldn't pronounce his name when I was growing up and this caught on and I used it forever. I miss him dearly. He was always giving me advice, just like an older brother. I loved him very much and miss him every day.
