Mrs. Peggy Wright was a true supporter of RS Central Basketball Team. Whether we were at home or away during basketball season, she was always there at the game cheering as her son Coach Greg Wright would command his team. She always had a humble smile on her face and showed that she was glad to see you. One could tell that she had the love of God in her heart as she carried herself each and everyday. She showed much love for her son and grandson and she will be truly missed at the basketball games. God truly blessed her with a kind spirit and a loving heart. I thank God for the time that He allow me to be a part of her life.

Greg & Renea, My heart is breaking. And I know yours is too. Your mom was a dear friend of mine as we go back a long way, to our FCES days. And we renewed that friendship when TC & I joined 2nd Baptist 11 years ago. I’ve missed her while she’s been away. She loved you both so very much & was so proud of you. And, of course, those grandchildren were her pride & joy. You will be in my thoughts & prayers as you face the coming days. Heaven just got a little sweeter. Love you, Peggy. 😇 ❤️

Greg and Renea, you are in my thoughts and prayers! Your mom was one of the sweetest and caring ladies I have known. My girls were very fortunate to have been taught by your mom. Also, I had the privilege of working with your mom at FCES. Each child was loved by Peggy! Heaven is a little sweeter now with Peggy joining the angels! Love you, Petty!

What a special lady your Mom was. I had the pleasure to be a student and a co-worker later in life, as well as my son being a student of hers. She touched so many lives and was a teacher in every sense of the word.Children bloomed under Peggy Wrights guidance. Her Heart was her family and whenever I saw her we shared stories of our children and grandchildren and so my heart ❤️and prayers 🙏🏻 go out to you.I will miss you Dear Friend 💓

Peggy loved me like I was hers. A phenomenal mother and Gran, the teacher everyone wanted, the sweetest, gentlest soul. So so selfless. More comfortable being a cheerleader on the sidelines than being in the spotlight. Peggy will be missed so much by so many. I am grateful for all my memories. I love you Peggy. Thank you for always loving me! ❤️

Greg & Renee,
I am so sad to hear about sweet Peggy. I’ve always looked up to her and when she retired from teaching, she left most of her materials to me and I will forever be thankful to her. I remember growing up in Sandy Level Church and seeing her, Neal and Rusty. A warm loving family and Sarah. My heart grieves with you and your children and remind them how much grandma Peggy loved them. She loved you, Greg and Renee and was so proud of you both and use to tell us all about those grandchildren when we were teaching together. Mom and I send our sympathies and prayers for you all! 💜🙏💜🙏💜🙏💜🙏💜🙏💜
Our love and prayers,
Mary Ester & Robin

I am still in shock reading about sweet Peggy’s passing. I worked with her in the kitchen at 2nd Baptist. She always wore a smile and like Connie Hendricks said, you could count on a hug for all before she left on Wednesday nights. Peggy was dear to me from the moment I met her and such a godly woman. An encourager as well. We will be praying for all the family in the days ahead.
