Marilyn, Roberta, Paul and Ron

I got your message a little after eleven last night. Thank you for the call.

We have all lost a good man, a husband, a father, a mentor, and a friend. He is now at peace and is not suffering. Ron was one of the people in life that you meet that might call because he had an idea, a thought, or a project and if there was a way I went. I did not always know what was going to develop and sometimes I am not sure Ron did.

What I knew was I would be with a friend on an adventure or accomplishing a challenge and it might feel crazy at times, like the time we found a "soft rock" up by where is home as a child was, but if possible I went. Just being with Ron was an enjoyment, you might not always seem eye to eye in discussions, but you always got to a mutual place of agreement, respect, and brotherhood.

Roberta, Paul and Ron your Dad was one of the people I think of as FIT. The years we lived in NH, he was not only physically fit , but more than that he morally fit. I knew he had Faith, Integrity, and I Trusted him.

Marilyn you have been his traveling companion for 50 years. My prayers and thoughts reach out to you. I have lost a friend and brother, you have lost Ron. I know you may think I am full of bullshit on this next point. I do believe we will unite with Ron. We will meet with him again. He out on a trip from which he will not return to us, but that we will journey to him.

Please call if you need me. If traveling near Albany Nancy and I would love to see you. We will be in NH this spring or summer our date is flexible.
